RESOLUTION` APPROVING`~ ~ TENTATIVE SUBDIV'TSION MAP FOR
VILLAGE EAST SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, MeBAI~L~ COMPANY as owner(s) and Sub-
d:i~ider-(~s) have filed with this Coun:eil: a tentat~i~e map proposing to subdivide land
wi!thin this City to be known:as VILLAGE EAST
S~ubdivis~ion, and have paid al1 require:d 'fi.ling fees; and,,

WHEREAS, the Ci.ty Eng'ineer, the Director of P:lanning,, the Sonoma Gounty

"_ 1. The proposed subdivision, together with.provisions for its design and
and improvement, is consist:ent with the GeneraT Plan.
2. The proposed subdivision is compat"ibl.e wi'th the objectives, policies,
,general land uses, an d p,rograms'speci.fied in said Gerreral Plan.
;3. The site is phys:i,call,.y suitable for the type o,f development proposed.
~ 4.. The site is physica;lly suitable for the p;roposed density of development.
5. The design of the Subdiyision and t;he:proposed~improvements therefor
wi;ll no:t cause substantial environmental damage, and no substantial or avoidable
injury will occur to fish o:r wil_dlif_e-or~their `liabit~t.
6. The design of tlie S:ubdivision and the type-o:f improvements will not
