Conditions
i
1. The subdivider shall.meet the aonditions outlined in the City Engineer's
le.tter which is a;t'ta~ched.
2o Tota1 rear yard and;side yard fencing shal.l be provided prior to the
issuance of certificate of occupancy.
3. One or more 15 gallon street trees from the City approved street tree
, list shall be ;p-lanted in the front yard of each lot prior to the issuance
; of certificate of ;occupancy.
4,. The public imp'rovement plans shall include the following:
a.. A turfing and i~rrigation plan for ttie 3.;2, acre park site (subject to
the approyal. o,f the Superintendent of PubIic Works).
b. A ten (10) f'oot wide paved aceess road on the north side of Adobe
~ Creek. :
, c. A txee and grass planting arid irrigation ~lan for the shoulder and '~
slope areas qf Adobe Creek (subject to a.pproval of the Sonoma County
~ Water Agency and'Sup'erintendent of Public Works) - this was indicated
~ on the original:allotment plans and was.a mitigation measure under
the water qualit.y section of the E.I.R.
