AYES: Battaglia/Bond/Perry/Mayor Mattei NOES: None ABSENT: Balshaw/Cavanagh/Harberson Mr. Michael Spang, 11 Rocca Drive, Petaluma, addressed the Council, expressing concern regarding the calculations used by the City in respect to the storm runoff detention policy regarding several projects now being developed. Staff was directed to meet with Mr. Spang to discuss this subject. July 5, 1983 303 CITY MANAGER REPORTS City Manager John Scharer informed the Council that a request for funds had been received from the California Jr. Miss Pageant. -_.
