It was rescheduled for June 27. LEISURE LAKE MOBILE HOME PARK Mrs. Red Halem asked for support from the City of Petaluma in her efforts to have the creeks cleared by the appropriate County agencies. MINUTES JUNE ~1983 ' The June 6 minutes were amended as follows: Page 280 add after first item "It was the consensus of the Council that a developer should not sell houses first, then change the models through the development plan revision process and such will not be permitted in the. f uture . " GENERAL PLAN RESOLUTION #9787 NCS RECONSIDERATION The vote on the motion to reconsider the action taken on Resolution No. 9787 N. C. West Side Urban Se arator Relocation-Consensus reached 5 2 83 to accept the Planning Commission's recommendation (without: being specific . as to width of the urban separator) as follows: a. "Adjust the urban separator to and within the rear edge of the property lines along Sunnyslope Road and within the west side of. the Lavio property. Add a Development Constraint Area (DCA) (1 dwelling unit/acre) designation between the Urban Separator and the, limits of service line; show the limits of service line, and adopt the remaining location of the Urban Separator as proposed from the Lavio property to the freeway." b.
