Planning Director Freitas reviewed the side yard set back arrangements for the various lots. It was Council consensus that in the future, all Planned Unit Developments should either have on-site parking available for recreational vehicle storage or have a special area set aside for parking of recreational vehicles for residents of the development. Mr. Elmer Bierwagen of Ryder Homes, new developer of this subdivision, answered Council questions. The resolution was introduced by Councilman Cavanagh and seconded by Vice Mayor Perry: AYES: Balshaw, Battaglia, Bond, Cavanagh, Harberson, Perry, Mayor Mattei RESO. 9654 NCS ' DENY VALLEY OAKS REQUEST FOR RELIEF FROM UNDERGROUNDING UTILITIES ON I STREET Resolution 9654 NCS denying the request of Jack Harte for relief from undergrounding utilities on I Street. Attorney for the developer, John Flitner, read a letter dated January 24 outlining the developer's position in requesting relief from the undergrounding on I Street. Mr. Arthur Siri, Jr. , partner in the development; P G and E representative, Sil Cincera; and Pacific Telephone Company representative, Ray Peterson, answered the City Council's questions. ORD. 1540 NCS PURCHASE 231 WILSON STREET Introduce Ord. 1540 NCS authorizing purchase of 231 Wilson Street for $60, 000 in accordance with previous Council action . This property will be sold to the Petaluma Ecumenical Projects for their elderly housing project.The funds are Community Development Block Grant monies. CLAUSEN Resolution 9655 NCS of commendation and appreciation for pon H. Clausen, Congressman for this district for the past twenty years and newly appointed Director of Special Programs~ for the Federal Aviation Administration.
