Introduce Ordinance 1520 N.C.S. providing for the City of
Petaluma Economic Development Revenue Bond ~Law authorizing the
issuance of Revenue Bonds for the purpose of providing financing
to participating parties for economic development purposes, and
including definitions, general provisions, powers, issuance
procedures and certain other supplemental provisions. Introduced
by Councilman Perry, seconded by Councilman Bond.

PGandE GAS MAIN RELOCATION AGREEMENT
Adopt Reso. 9458 N.C.S. authorizing the City to enter into an
agreement for the relocation of a Pacific Gas and Electric gas line
in the vicinity of Petaluma River dredging spoils disposal site and
a cost contract therefor and authorizing the Mayor or City Manager
to sign said agreement and contract. Introduced by Councilman
Battaglia and seconded by Councilman Balshaw.

FLOOD MITIGATION REPORT
City Manager John Scharer reviewed his May 24, 1982, report on
the January 4, 1982, flooding. The City has just received the
Inter-agency Flood Mitigation Team report which will be distributed
ta interested residents on request. City Engineer Tom Hargis
showed a graph comparing heaviest rainfall periods from 1914 to
1982:

construction of the wastewater treatment p]ant upgrade and
awarding bid for said project to McGuire & Hester for $3;311,000,
contingent upon the State Water Resources Control .Board, Division
of Water Quality. Introduced by Councilman Bond, seconded by
Councilman Battaglia.
