Roland Bond Seconded by Councilman Albert Battaglia AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCENO. 1072 N . C . S BY REZONING A P NO. 007-593-06 (11302 HOLM ROAD) FROM M-L (FP-C) TO PUD (FP-C) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council finds that the Planning Commission filed its report as set forth in its minutes of February 27, 1984 (Item No. 3.309) with the City Council on March 19, 1984, having considered said amendment to Zoning Ordinance No. 107.2 N. C . S. , by reclassifying and rezoning certain lands located within . the City of Petaluma, at 1302 Holm Road, and more particularly described as Sonoma County Assessors Parcels # A.P. 7-593-06, from M-L,FP-C (Light Industrial/Flood Plain Combining District) to PUD FP-C (Planned Unit Development/Flood Plain Combining District) . Section 2. The City Council further, finds that said Planning Commission held a public hearing on the proposed amendment to Zoning Ordinance No. 1072 N.0 S., on February 27, 1981, after giving notice of said hearing in the manner, for the period and in the form required by said Ordinance No. 1072 N.C.S. Section 3. Pursuant to the provisions of Zoning Ordinance No. 1072 N . C . S . , the City Council finds that the proposed amendment is in general conformity with the Petaluma General Plan and -its Environmental Design Plan Element., and further, that the public interest, convenience and general welfare will be furthered by the proposed amendment. Section 4. The City Council finds that the requirements of California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines have been satisfied and as recommended by the City Planning Commission as set down in its minutes of February 27, 1983, hereby incorporates by reference the Negative Ord. 1572 NCS Page 1 of 2 Declaration previously certified by this City Council and the addenda thereto as incorporated by Resolution No.. 84-58 N.. C .:S . Section 5. Pursuant to the provisions Zoning Ordinance No. 1072 N. C . S . , and based upon the, evidence it `has received and in accordance with the findings made, the City Council hereby' adopts an amendment to said Zoning Ordinance No. 1072 N.C.S., so as to; reclassify and rezone said property as described herein to P.U.Dt, FP-C (Planned Unit Development/Flood Plain Combining District). Section 6. The City Clerk is hereby directed to post/��.ih ld i this ordinance for the period and in the manner required by the City Charter.
