AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION '11.40.140 OF THE
PETALUMA MUNICIPAL CODE 'RELATING TO LUNCH WAGONS
AND EATING' CARTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Council of the City of Petaluma.,as follows:
Section 1, Section 11.40.140 of Chapter 11.40. of the Petaluma Municipal
Code relating to .lunch wagons and eating carts is hereby repealed.
Section 2. The City Council hereby declares that it would have passed
this ordinance sentence by sentence, paragraph by paragraph, and section by
section, and does hereby declare that theprovisions of this ordinance are
severable; and if for any reason any sentence, paragraph, or section of this
ordinance shall be held invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of
the remaining parts of this ordinance.
Section 3. The City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to
post/kWUM this ordinance; for the period and in the manner required by the
City Charter.
