3 RESOLUTION DECLARING TWO TRUCKS SURPLUS TO THE CITY'S NEEDS AND
a DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO DISPOSE OF THE TRUCKS IN ACCORDANCE WITH
s PROVISIONS OF THE PETALUMA MUNICIPAL CODE.

~ WILEREAS, Water Resources & Conservation Department staff identified
s two trucks to no longer be of use to the City, and,

io WIIEItEAS, Staff requested the City Council declare the trucks surplus,
i ~ and,

is declared surplus to the City's needs and no longer required by the City, and,

t~ to dispose of the trucks as he deems appropriate in the matter and in
Is accordance with provisions of Chapter 3.12 of the Petaluma Municipal
