' of the City of Petaluma, California 2 3 RESOLUTION DECLARING TWO TRUCKS SURPLUS TO THE CITY'S NEEDS AND a DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO DISPOSE OF THE TRUCKS IN ACCORDANCE WITH s PROVISIONS OF THE PETALUMA MUNICIPAL CODE. 6 ~ WILEREAS, Water Resources & Conservation Department staff identified s two trucks to no longer be of use to the City, and, 9 io WIIEItEAS, Staff requested the City Council declare the trucks surplus, i ~ and, tz 13 N®W, 'TI~EREF®RE, EE I'T ItES®I,VEI), that the identified trucks are is declared surplus to the City's needs and no longer required by the City, and, 15 ~6 EE IT FLTRTIIEIt RES®VI,ED, that the City Manager is hereby directed t~ to dispose of the trucks as he deems appropriate in the matter and in Is accordance with provisions of Chapter 3.12 of the Petaluma Municipal 19 Code.
