AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1072.N.C.S.
BY ADDING SECTION.11.41'0 (CONDITIONALLY 'PERMITTI'NG'
AUTO PARTS, STORES 1N' C-N ('NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL)! ZONES)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE.000NCIL OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 11.410 is hereby added to Zoning Ordinance No.
1072 N.C.S: to read as follows:
"11.410 Auto Parts Stores."
Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the proposed
amendment is in general conform,i-ty., wi'th the Petal-uma General Plan and
any 'applicable Environmental Design Plan, and further,. that the public
interest, convenience End general: welfare. Will be furthered,by the
proposed: amendment.
ection 3. That the public necessity, convenience and general
welfare require or clearly permit,the adoption of the proposed
amendment.
Section 4,. The City Council finds -that the requirements of
Ca.l i:forn ',a Environmental Quality Act,�GuJd6li.h6si, Section 15083 have been
sat:i_s;fi;ed and hereby incorporates by reference the Negative Declaration
adopted by Council Resolution, No,. 9498 N.C.S., on .July 12 1982.
