Section 4. Pursuant to the provisions of Zoning Ordinanee No. 1072
N.C.S.,as amended, and based upon the evidence it has received and in
accord'anee witK the findings made, the City Council hereby adopts an
amendment to said Zoning Ordin'ance No. 1072 N.C..S., so as €o reclassi-fy
and rezone said pr.operty her-einbefore referred to in accordance with the
r-ecommeridation of the P1;anriing Commi~ssion.
Section 5. The C'ity Council finds that the requirements of
California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Sec,tion 15083 have been
satisfied and hereby i-ncor;pora,tes by reference the Negative Declaration,
adopted by Couneil Resolution No.9365~ N:c.s. on February 1; 1982.
Section "6. The Ci-ty Clerk is h"er-eby. directed' to post/~~,j~~~• this
ordinarice for the period and in the manner-~requi`red by the City Charter.
