MOMENT OF SILENCE 6 7 AGENDA CHANGES AND DELETIONS (TO CURRENT AGENDA ONLY) 8 9 Mayor Glass announced that COUNCIL COMMENT would be moved to end of meeting and Item 10 3.C would be removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR and would be heard following the 11 CONSENT CALENDAR. 12 13 PROCLAMATIONS 14 15 • Health Care District Month 16 17 Ramona Faith received the proclamation along with Petaluma Health Care District staff and 18 Board members 19 20 • Community Resilience Challenge 21 22 Gretchen Schubeck received the proclamation and encouraged everyone to register 23 actions at www.dailyacts.org. 24 25 • National Public Works Week – May 17-23 26 27 Director of Public Works and Utilities Dan St. John received the proclamation. 28 29 PRESENTATION 30 31 • Draft FY 15/16 Budget 32 33 Finance Director Bill Mushallo presented the draft budget for the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 to the 34 City Council. 35 36 GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT 37 38 Mayor Glass opened GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT. 39 40 Eric Rossetti, Moore Heating of Santa Rosa, expressed support for the Hero/Pace program with 41 greater variety and lower rate solutions in all regional counties. 42 43 Muriel Knapp, Petaluma, expressed opposition to fluoridation in the water, and read a list of local 44 businesses against the same. 45 46 Dawna Gallagher, Rohnert Park, Clean Water Sonoma-Marin, expressed opposition to 47 fluoridation in the water, and requested Clean Water Sonoma-Marin be allotted time for a June 48 City Council Meeting. 49 50 Amanda Merris, Santa Rosa, Clean Water Sonoma-Marin, expressed opposition to fluoridation in 51 the water. 52 53 May 4, 2015 Vol. XX, Page 3 Keith Kimble, Petaluma, expressed opposition to fluoridation in the water. 1 2 Peter Tscherneff, Petaluma, discussed several regional and literary issues, including opposition to 3 fluoridation in the water. 4 5 Katherine Bobrowski, Petaluma, spoke of problems at the mobile home park where she lives. 6 7 Seeing no other persons wishing to speak, Mayor Glass closed GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT. 8 9 COUNCIL COMMENT 10 11 Moved to the end of the meeting. 12 13 CITY MANAGER COMMENT 14 15 None. 16 17 REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION (ACTIONS TAKEN) 18 19 No reportable action. 20 21 1.
