Moment of Silence AGENDA CHANGES AND DELETIONS (TO CURRENT AGENDA ONLY) Mayor Glass made a motion to continue Item 5.A. to the April 20, 2015 Regular City Council/PCDSA Meeting, seconded by Chris Albertson. Mayor Glass announced that COUNCIL COMMENT would be moved to the end of the agenda. PROCLAMATION National Surveyor's Week - March 15-21, 2015 Mayor Glass John FitzGerald, Petaluma, National Association of Professional Land Surveyors, California Land Surveyors Association and Sonoma County Chapter of California Land Surveyors Association GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT Mayor Glass opened GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT. Katherine Bobrowski, Petaluma, spoke of problems at the mobile home park where she lives. Seeing no other persons wishing to speak, Mayor Glass closed GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT.
