AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN AN AMENDMENT WITH JONES
HALL, A PROFESSIONAL LAW CORPORATION TO
PROVIDE BOND COUNSEL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City wishes to engage Jones Hall, A Professional Law Corporation to act as
bond counsel for the refunding of certain bonds, and
WHEREAS, Jones Hall, A Professional Law Corporation have previously provided this
service to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to
sign an amendment to the existing agreement with Jones Hall, A Professional Law Corporation to act
as the City's bond counsel -for the refunding of Assessment District #23 Redwood Business Park
Bonds.
Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
REFERENCE: I hereby certify the foregoing Resolution was introduced and adopted by the
Council of the City of Petaluma at a Regular meeting on March 19, 2001 Approved as to
