Katherine Bobrowski, Petaluma, spoke of problems at the mobile home park where she lives. Peter Tscherneff, Petaluma, recited poetry of his own composition on a variety of subjects. Kim Arfsten, Petaluma, told Council it is not right allow new development while at the same time asking those already here to reduce their water use.
