Depending on the number of persons wishing to address the Council, time will be allocated in equal shares totaling no . more than fifteen minutes. if more than three persons wish to address Council on the same topic, they are encouraged to select a spokesperson who will be allocated equal time of no more than three minutes and no less than any other individuals speaking. Council reserves the right to limit the Public Comments to fifteen minutes. The Mayor will call on individuals whose names appear on the Speaker Cards.
