Article 13, Division II.I, Section 13.308 of the Uni- form Fire Code of 1971 is-hereby amended by .adding thereto the following definitions: "Life Hazard" as.used in this ordinance sh'al,l mean those build- ings occupied or 'used (1) as a place of residence by more tha two (2) family unfits; (2') as a place of public, assemblage for any purpose;' - or . (3) for purposes df marrket ng goods and ser- vices for' public consumption "Pro,pe'rty Ha.z. -ard" as •,used in this ordinance shall mean those . buildings used (1) as a place fbr inanu of durable or "non "durable goods or (2') as a - place for storage and sales of combustible materials.
