APPOINTMENTS
Appointments for Mayors' & Councilmembers' Association:
a. Recommendations to the City Selection Committee to fill a vacancy on the Metropolitan
Transportation Commission (MTC), to complete the term of Bob Blanchard (Santa Rosa),
which expires February 2011. The City Selection Committee will submit three names to
the Board of Supervisors who will make the final appointment at their August 5, 2008
meeting.
b. Recommendation to the Board of Directors to fill a vacancy on the Sonoma -Marin Area
Rail Transit (SMART) Board of Directors to complete the term of Robert Jehn (Cloverdale),
which expires January 2011.

Execute All Documents Relating to the Granting of an Easement to Pacific Gas
and Electric Company for Relocation of Utility Pole in Connection with the Corps
Railroad Industry Track Relocation Project. (Ban/Nguyen)
B. Discussion and Possible Action on Fairgrounds Lease Extension.
