AN ORDINANCE'ANNEXING TERRITORY DESCRIBED AS "NORTH PETAUMA
ANNEXATION NO. 6" TO THE CITY OF PETALUMA
BE , IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE:CITY OF PETALUMA, AS FOLLOWS:
. Section 1 . The annexation of territory he.r.eafter described and
designated as "North Petaluma- Annexation No. 6:' under the Annexation of
Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939 comprising Government Code Section
35300 - 3532:6 is approved, a no- majority protest having been received.
Section 2 . The territory annexed to the City of Petaluma is.more
particularly described as follows:
All that certain -real property situate,, lying and being in..the City
of Petaluma, County of Sonoma, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:.
A. P. #136 10'0 - 19 and 136 100 - 20
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of the.lands of C.
A. Benedetti et ux, in East Petaluma, Part,of Block 36, of Har-
mon's Map,.as described -in Deed recorded October 16, 1945, under
Recor:der's. Serial No, C -2082, Sonoma County Records, said point of
beginning being marked )y a post on t'ne Northwesterly side of
Madison Street as shown in `said Map by 11, Harmon filed for
record in the office of. the County Recorder of Sonoma County on
October 20 18577
From said point of beginning running thence along the Southerly
