set forth in its Resolution No. Z-4-74, recommending the adoption of an amend-

Section 2. The City Council further finds that said Planning
Commiss-ioh held hearings on said proposed, amendment to the Zoning Ordinance
N o. 1072 'N.C-.,S.,on the 7th, day of May, 1.974, ;after having given notice of
said. hearings in the manner, for the period', and in, the form required by

Section 3 That pursuant to the. pro Asion of 'Zoning Ordinance
No. 1072, N'.C.,S. , the City Council held a public hearing and finds that the
proposed amendment is. in general conformity with th the Petaluma Gener-al Plan
and the Environmental Design Plan, And , further, -that, the public interest,
convenience and general welfare will be I uftheted 'by the proposed amendment.
