Public Comment on Agendized Items Persons wishing to speak regarding agendized items may do so at the beginning of that item. The primary spokesperson for a group supporting/opposing an agenda item will be limited to 10 minutes. PUBLIC HEARING PROCEDURES Public Hearings are specifically noticed items for discussion. Anyone wishing to speak regarding a Public Hearing should fill out a Speaker Card prior to the completion of the Staff Report and give it to the City Clerk.
