City of Petaluma Public Works and Utilities Administration Building 202 North McDowell Boulevard / Petaluma River Flood Control Project United States Army Corps of Engineers Staging Area West of Lakeville Street at Madison Street / Petaluma Marina 781 Marina Drive Petaluma, CA 94954 CALL TO ORDER A. ROLL CALL PUBLIC COMMENT Members of the public may speak up for to three minutes on items which are the subject of the special meeting. 1. NEW BUSINESS A. Petaluma River Flood Control Project: United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) / City Project Team Meeting and Tour. • 10:00 a.m. - Meet at City Department of Public Works and Utilities Administration Building, 202 North McDowell Boulevard, Petaluma, CA 94954. o Introductions o Brief Project History o Discussion/Questions • 10:35 a.m. - Leave for Project Site - meet at Lakeville Street at Madison Street (Park adjacent to USACE staging area - west of Lakeville Street at Madison Street. • 10:45 a.m. -11:05 a.m. - Tour major project components remaining to be completed. • 11:05 a.m. - Leave for Petaluma Marina (781 Marina Drive off Lakeville Highway). • 11:05 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. - Boat tour of upstream dredging area and spoils disposal site (Shollenberger). • 11:45 a.m. -12 noon - Wrap-up; return to vehicles. In accordance with Government Code §54957.5, any materials of public record relating to an agenda item for a regular meeting of the City Council that are provided to a majority of the members less than 72 hours before the meeting will be made available at the City Clerk's Office, 11 English Street, during normal business hours. Materials of public record that are distributed during the meeting shall be made available for public inspection at the meeting if prepared by the City or a member of its legislative/advisory body, or the next business day after the meeting if prepared by some other person.
