9 WHEREAS, the City of Petaluma conducted a Regular Election on November 7, 2000, in
to conjunction with the Statewide General Election; and,

lz WHEREAS, the Municipal Election was held in the City of Petaluma on November 7, 2000; and,

14 WHEREAS, the votes from said election were received and canvassed by the Sonoma County
is and Marin County Elections Departments, and the returns thereof were ascertained and declared

is NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Petaluma as
