This is something we want to add to the PUD Standards. Let me know if you will bring this up or if you want us to do so at
the hearing. I'll check in on Monday afternoon to make sure we are on the same page......

Kristin,
I wanted to get back to you following our conversation the other evening at the neighborhood meeting. As I
said I would, I have researched the issues surrounding restricting the parcels next to your property to single -
story homes. After consultation with our architect I determined that w can agree to restrict Lot 16 to a single
story home Lot 17 is more of a problem, and the house proposed for that parcel may be two stories. However,
any home on Lot 17 will face Sunnyslope Road, will be sited to the front (Sunnyslope side) of the lot and
appears that it will have much less overall impact on your property than will construction on Lot 16.
I did not get the information I needed from the architect in time to have the Lot 16 restriction included in the
staff report. Therefore, this condition does not appear in the materials that have been circulated in advance of
Monday's Council hearing. However, Steve Lafranchi, the project engineer, will inform the City planning staff
today about our intentions.
As we discussed at the meeting, the homes on all of the parcels in the project will be subject to design review by
the Planning Commission at the time they are submitted for approval. We will make sure you are kept informed
as plans go through the process.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact me.
Happy Holidays!
