Gina Tomrose, Petaluma, spoke regarding slow police response to daughter's 911 call three days
after the rape in Petaluma.

Bill Donahue, Petaluma, spoke about mobile home rent control and the ongoing difficulties that
Michael and Irene Hansen are having, including the results of the recent arbitration.
