ROLL CALL:
Present: Read, Keller, Stompe, Torliatt, Maguire, Vice Chairman Hamilton, Chairman HiWgoss
City Attorney, Richard Rudnansky was present.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Victor Chechanover, whether or not the loan from the Development Commission
funds to the Marina is actually a loan. It should be called a subsidy instead of
loan.

The minutes of May 5 were approved as submitted.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECTS
Resolution 97-05 approving affordable housing projects and allocations. Funds
were allocated by the Petaluma Community Development Commission to
complete previously funded and ongoing programs, as well as the implementation
of new housing projects to serve low and moderate income Petalumans.
Introduced by David Keller, seconded by Pamela Torliatt.
