PUBLIC COMMENT
Jessica Vann Gardner from the Petaluma Visitors Bureau told the Commission that there
will be a North Coast Railroad Celebration on the weekend of June 15.

Regarding the Holiday Inn project for the homeless shelter in Santa Rosa. The Board of
Supervisors did not support the issue and the project is not being pursued at this time. The
Board of Supervisors appears willing to support such a project if a location could be found
that would not cause the neighborhood revolt that occurred in Santa Rosa. A task force has
been convened on the subject

PURCHASE APPROVALS
Resolution 96-11A authorizing execution of documents relating to purchase of real
property located at 11 Rocca, 9 Jess, 4 Woodworth Way and 9 Payran Street - temporary
access easements for flood mitigation work being done in connection with U. S. Army
Corps of Engineers. Introduced by Nancy Read, seconded by Matt Maguire.
