MINUTES: The minutes of the November 6, 1995, meeting were approved as amended. Page 1 Line 9 - delete parenthetical phrase Page 1 Line 30 - add "mental health, alcohol and drug abuse..." Page 1 Line 40 - Noes should be None and Absent should be Hamilton, Stompe. SHERATON HOTEL- LOK - MARINA Mr. Kirk Lok came to the redevelopment agency requesting that staff be authorized to open discussions with Lok Hospitality Management regarding the proposed Petaluma Marina Sheraton Suites Hotel as either a public or a private development. He noted their figures estimate a 60% occupancy by year three. The occupancy would stabilize at 72% over the life of the hotel. There was a request for a discussion on actively pursing filming in town because it is a benefit to the community.
