Present: Hamilton, Stompe, Read, Vice Chairman Shea, Chairman Hilligoss
Absent: Maguire, Barlas

The minutes of the November 6, 1995, meeting were approved as amended.
Page 1 Line 9 - delete parenthetical phrase

SHERATON HOTEL- LOK - MARINA
Mr. Kirk Lok came to the redevelopment agency requesting that staff be authorized to open
discussions with Lok Hospitality Management regarding the proposed Petaluma Marina
Sheraton Suites Hotel as either a public or a private development. He noted their figures
estimate a 60% occupancy by year three. The occupancy would stabilize at 72% over the life
of the hotel. There currently are 3,000 hotel rooms in Sonoma County. it the

COMMISSION REQUESTS
The Finance Director was asked to bring information back to the Commission on the Gows.
There was a request for a discussion on actively pursing filming in town because it is a benefit
to the community.
