AMERICAN ALLEY OVERLAY
There is a project which will be constructed soon which consists of replacing the sewer and
the water lines in American Alley. In order for the alley to be completed in a manner which
would be a pleasant location for individuals to pass across, staff requested authority to
transfer of funds from another alley overlay project in order to complete American Alley in a
excellent manner. Introduced by Commissioner Hamilton, seconded by Commissioner
Maguire.

ADJOURN At 3:30 p.m. the meeting was adjourned.
CLOSED SESSION: A closed session of the PCDC was scheduled to be held prior to the break for
dinner. Conference with real property negotiator pursuant to Government Code §54956.8 regarding
16 Cedar Grove Park which is 3.9 acres. The negotiating parties are City of Petaluma, Allan
Holmberg, Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District. The topics were authorization to
negotiate, instruction to the negotiator concerning pria, and terms of sale.
