In order for the alley to be completed in a manner which would be a pleasant location for individuals to pass across, staff requested authority to transfer of funds from another alley overlay project in order to complete American Alley in a excellent manner. Conference with real property negotiator pursuant to Government Code §54956.8 regarding 16 Cedar Grove Park which is 3.9 acres. The negotiating parties are City of Petaluma, Allan Holmberg, Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District.
