Introduced by Larry Tencer, seconded by Michael Davis. In response to a new California Statute which requires identification of specific projects which are contemplated by the Commission: Concourse Walkway/River Promenade From the new Keller St. Garage through existing Golden Concourse, a pedestrian bridge to connect with Golden Eagle Shopping Center and around the River Turning Basin. Description Plan, administer, design and construct major improvements which facilitate pedestrian movement throughtout the Central Business District. Turning Basin Plan, administer, design Petaluma River between "D" Street Bridge and construct waterfront and Washington Street Bridge. facilities for pedestrians and boaters. Downtown Traffic Circulation Plan Encompasing the entire area of the Commission. In conjunction with the City General Plan, administer and assist in the implementation of recommended measures to improve traffic circulation. Off -Street Parking Plan, administer, design Between Mary Street and D Street and construct additional and between Keller Street and off-street parking. Lakeville. Urban Beautification Upgrading the pedestrian Encompassing the entire area of the environment with plantings, Commission. and urban furniture (e.g., benches, bus stop shelters, public notice boards and/or light structures.) Ayes: Cavanagh, Davis, Woolsey, Tencer, Vice Chairman Balshaw, Chairman Mattei Noes: None Absent: Bond RESO. 85-14 AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH CITY TO REIMBURSE CITY FROM TAX INCREMENT FUNDS FOR PARKING CREDITS IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT #14 Reso. 85-14 authorizing execution of agreement obligating the Petaluma Community Development Commission to reimburse City from Tax Increment Funds in connection with Assessment District #14 for residential parking credits and for off-street commercial parking credits. Introduced by Michael Davis, seconded by Vice Chairman Balshaw.
