RESO. 85-8 LOAN OF CITY OF PETALUMA FUNDS Reso. 85-8 authorizing agreement with City of Petaluma for loan of Park ase of 129 Petaluma Blvd. North (lot on Development Funds for the purch westerly side of Petaluma Blvd. North adjacent to the Golden Concourse) . The amount of the loan is $64, 500.00 to be repaid 1nine 1.The qual annual nfi first installments of $9,000.00, and the final payment is $100, installment is due and payable on January 1, 1987, and remaining payments are due on January 1 of each subsequent year. Interest shall be seven percent per year. The Petaluma Community Development Commission assumes assessments levied in Assessment District Street Garage/A Street Parking lot improvemens).
