of interest to the Commission.
MAHONEY PARKING LOT
Mr. Scharer reported on the Mahoney Parking Lot project -
1. The estimated cost is $35,000. Mr. Mahoney is willing to spend $25,000.
The $10,000. difference is due to the requirement of the County to con-
struct a drain that would have to go under the railroad tracks. The
Commission indicated that they would not commit an additional $10,000.
to the project.
2. Discussion regarding the proposed contract was held. The Commissioners
wished to have a provision in the agreement whereby they would have a voice
in the monthly rate setting process.
Mr. Scharer was to continue discussing the project with Mr. Mahoney and to
pursue other possible funding sources for the drainage.
