4 THE 1999-2000 SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT
5 WEST STREET BETWEEN KENTUCI~' STREET
6 AND PETALUMA BOULEVARD NORTR
? AND AWARDING THE CONTRACT

11 WREREAS, eleven (11) bids were received on January 27, 2000; and,
12
13 NOW BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Petaluma that
14 1. The plans and specifications prepared by the Water Resources and Conservation
15 Department for the above-mentioned project are hereby approved,
16 2. The low bid is accepted; ,
17 3. The contract is hereby awarded to Pipeline Excavators, 5715 Sebastopol, CA 95472, the
18 low bidder, in the amount of $52,980:

20 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the
21 contract with Pipeline Excavators subject to the review and approval of all contract documents,
22 insurance certificates and bonds by the City Attorney.
