Katherine Bobrowski, Petaluma, spoke of problems at the mobile home park where she lives.

D. Resolution 2016 -016 N.C.S. Approving the Third Amended At -Will Agreement for
Employment of the City Manager. (Brown)

Downtown Petaluma Business Improvement District and Resolution 2016 -017
N.C.S. Establishing the Levy for the 2016 Annual Assessment for the Downtown
Petaluma Business Improvement District. (Mushallo)

announced that they would recuse themselves for the item, as they each had
offices located within the assessment district, and left the dais.

Patricia Tuttle Brown, Petaluma, has a business in Zone C and would like to see the
traffic calming initiative continue for that area.
