HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 00-069 N.C.S. 04/17/2000 Resolution No. 00-69 N.C.S. of the City of Petaluma, California RESOLUTION AMEN-DING THE CLASSIFICATION PLAN AND ESTABLISHING THE POSITION CLASSIFICATION PUBLIC WORKS FOREMAN DESIGNATED TO UNIT 2, (MAINTANCE) BE IT RESOLVED that the Classification Plan and Compensation Plan, as originally adopted pursuant to Resolution No. 90-209 N.C.S., and the classification titles and specifications as adopted by Resolution No. 90-147 N.C.S., are hereby amended by establishing the classification of Aublic Works Foreman, (as attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this action is taken pursuant to Personnel Code 2.04.020 and Personnel Rules and Regulations (Rule IV, Section 5) for classifications included in the Competitive Service of the Personnel System, that the notice of this action has been properly posted and that the City Manager recommends this action. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Resolution No. 90-147 N.C.S., as amended, is hereby amended to include the classification of Public Works Foreman and to assign this classification to Unit 2 (Maintenance), effective April 2, 2000 with a salary range of $21.61 - $22.69 - $23.83 - $25.02 - $26.27 per Hour effective April 2, 2000. Under the power and authority conferred upon tlus Council by the Charter of said City.
