IN THE AMQUNT OF.$44,639.38 WHEREAS, the Water Resources and Conservation Department identified a need to obtain a cab and chassis truck, and, WHEREAS, funding was authorized in the Fiscal Year 1-999-2000 Budget, and WHEREAS, Staff developed specifications and bids were solicited from responsible vendors, and WHEREAS, after reviewing the bids, staffrecommended-that tale Council authorize the purchase of a 2001 Internationa14700 cab and chassis truck from 101 International Inc. in the amount of $44,639.38, and NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby authorizes the purchase of a 2001 Internationa14700 cab and chassis truck from 101 International Inc. in the amount of $44,639.38. Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
