1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. Approval of Revised Minutes of Regular City Council /PCDSA Meeting of Monday,
February 22, 2016. - Revision No. I - Monday, March 21, 2016.
- Deemed approved as corrected to note that on Item 4.A, although Mayor Glass had
abstained from voting on the adoption of the ordinance as he had not been present for
the introduction of the ordinance, per Council Rules, Policies and Procedures, page 20,
whenever a member declines to vote for any reason other than a conflict of interest,
that vote is to be recorded as a yes.
B. Approval of Minutes of Regular City Council /PCDSA /Petaluma Public Finance
Authority /Petaluma Public Finance Corporation Meeting of Monday, March 7, 2016.
- Deemed approved as submitted.
2. APPROVAL OF PROPOSED AGENDA
A. Approval of Agenda for Regular City Council /PCDSA Meeting of Monday, April 4, 2016.
