HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 00-106 N.C.S. 06/26/2000 F~esolutior~ Ivo. 00-106 N,C.S. of the City of Petaluma, California DECLARING VEHICLES, EQUIPMENT, AND MATERIAL LOCATED AT THE CORPORATION YARD TO EE SURPLUS TO THE CITY'S NEEDS AND AUTHORIZING TIIE CITY MANAGER TO DISPOSE OF THE SURPLUS VEHICLES, EQUIPMENT, AND MATERIAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PETALUMA MUNICIPAL CODE. WHEREAS, Public Facilities and Services staff identified vehicles, equipment, and material located at the City of Petaluma Corporation Yard to no longer be of use to the city: and WHEREAS, staff has requested the City Council to declare the vehicles, equipment, and material surplus; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEID that the identified vehicles, equipment and material are declared surplus to the City's needs and no longer required by the City; and EE IT FURTHEit RESOLVED, that the city Manager is hereby directed to dispose of the vehicles, equipment, and material, as he deems appropriate in the matter and in accordance with provisions of Chapter 3.12 of the Petaluma Municipal Code. Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
