Alba Fernandez, Petaluma, Adult School Citizenship Class, spoke of her studies and her desire to become a citizen in time to vote in the November election. Cactus Pete, Petaluma, spoke of child exploitation in Petaluma, Cynthia Ingram, Petaluma, an avid runner, has had many close calls with cars on South McDowell and Mackenzie Drive, where she has nearly been struck. She told Council this started when the City eliminated left turn only light.
