Mayor Glass opened GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT.
Alba Fernandez, Petaluma, Adult School Citizenship Class, spoke of her studies and her desire to
become a citizen in time to vote in the November election.
Cactus Pete, Petaluma, spoke of child exploitation in Petaluma.
Cynthia Ingram, Petaluma, an avid runner, has had many close calls with cars on South
McDowell and Mackenzie Drive, where she has nearly been struck. She told Council this started
when the City eliminated left turn only light.
Katherine Bobrowski, Petaluma, spoke of problems at the mobile home park where she lives.

that School Resource Officers return to high school campuses to help with the drug and alcohol
abuse problems.

this professional services agreement equally. The item will return at the Monday,
April 18, 2016 Regular City Council /PCDSA Meeting.
