Brunner AN ORDINANCE PROVIDLNG" FOR 'LICENSINO'OF BICYCLES IN THE: OF. PETAL UM I A BY AMENDING. SECTIONS 11.72.070, 11.72.090, 11.72.100 AND 11.72.120 OF THE PETALUMA MUNICIPAL CODE, REPEALING SECTIONS 11-72.13.0 AND 11.12.140 OF SAID CODEAND ADDING SECTIONS 11.72.490, 11.72.500, 11.72.510, 11.72.520, 11'.72.530 AND 11;.72.5.40 OF SAID CODE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF CITY OF P.ETALUMA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Title 1 Chapter 11.72, Section 11.72.070 of the Petaluma Municipal Code is hereby amended to read,as follows: .11.72-070 - LICENSE. No person who ,resides within the.City shall ride or pro , pel. bicycle on street or upon any public path or b set aside for the exclusive use I e of.bicycles unless such bicycle•as been licensed and-a license is attached thereto as'pro- vid ed herein. App lication',f or :a`bi cycle licen,s,e ' shall be made upon. application forms provided by the Chief 'of Police. Section 2. Title- ll,,,, Chapter 1l.,72, :Section 11:72,090 of the Petaluma'Municipal Code is hereby amende4 to read as follows: 11.72.090 - LICENSE. 'FUE"'.
