PROJECTS'. AND -EQUIPMENT AND DESIGNATING RESERVESFOR SPE-
C IFIC- PURPOSES FOR THE 'FISCAL YEAR .JULY 1,, 197.5, TO JUNE
30, 1976 SETTING•FORTH THE APPROPRIATION FOR EACH
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, ITEM OF EQUIPMENT AND RESERVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF- PETALUMA,:AS-FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council has made a final budget of the esti-
:mated amounts required for capital improvements,, projects and- equipment
and designating reserves: for specific purposes for the fiscal year July 1,
1.975, to June 30, 1936, as set forth in Resolution No_ 7068 N.C.S.,
adopted on the 21s day of July, 1975, and basing its action herein upon
said budget this Council- hereby appropriates .the, following .sums:

N.C.S. Changes with relation-to the .:above. appropriations between each re-
spective project or reserve may be made-by reso1ut-Ion adopted -by -the City
Council,. The City Manager-- may administratively, made .:changes. within the
individual. project budgets as approved so long,,.-as each does not -exceed,
as a result.of the change, the amount set forth the approved -- project
budget.
S ection 3,. The ouhci-1 hereby finds and. determines that the
amount- of appropriations provided for- hereby does- not exceed the- -esti-
mated - revenue and other available funds of the City for the.-fiscal year
ending June 30, 1976.
Section 4. All : ordinances or parts ..of ordinances -in conflict
herewith are - hereby- repealed.
_Section S. This ordinance is-- hereby- declared to be ne-cessary
for. the: .,immediate preservat of the public peace, health and-•.safety
of the City of Petaluma and -shall, take : ef. , f ect and- be in- f orce I -rom and
after its final passage by•an: unanimous vote of the members- of the City
Council present at the time of its adoption.:. The - .reason for: the urgency
is so that the work authorized herein may be commenced and may.be--properly
scheduled and spaced over the-coming-year and its' passage -is-- necessary
to carry on the functions of this City and 'particularly those- related
to the Protection of public. peace, health and safety f rom and- after its
passage.

Section 6 . The City Clerk be, ar d- she -:is -hereby,- :directed - to
post this ordinance -for the period and in the manner—required.by the City
Charter.
