That pursuant to Article .2l of said Zoning Ordinance No.. 662 N.C.S., the,City Council hereby adopts an amendment to said , Zoning Ordinance No. 6.62 N.C.S. so , as to reclassify. and re- . zone property hereinbefore described from an M -L Zone or District to a C -H Zone or District. Section 4 . The City Council further finds that the change is consistent with the purposes of .Ordinance No. 662 N.C.S. as described in Section 1 -100 thereof and that requirements of the said Ordi- nance have been met. Section 5 . The.City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Petaluma Argus- Courier, official newspaper of the City, i=ncluding a map showing the description of said -,27 property to be-reclassified and rezon for the period and in the manner required by the City Charter..
