CERTAIN UNINHABITED.TERRITORY DESIGNATED "NELLA #2 ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF PET- ALUMA". INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMAN S -ECO ED BY COUNCILMAN f i BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, on the 7th.day of.October,_.19.68 the Council of the City of Petaluma did pass and adopt Resolution No® 5094 N.C.S. givinginotice of the proposal to annex certain..uninhab ted territory to the -City of Petaluma.,: 'said territory --being therein designated as "Nella'#2 Annexation to the City of -Petaluma", said Resolution des cribing the boundaries of the- territory-proposed.to be,annexed; and WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 5094 N.0®S:.did containa notice,of the day, hour and place when and where -the -Council of -the City of Petaluma would hear protests made by any,persons-owning real. property within the territory proposed to -be annexed; and WHEREAS , .on the 2nd day of .
