INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMAN A/ SECONDED BY -COUNCILMAN AN ORDINANCE PREZONING THE AREA WITHIN THE PROPOSED CRNE,LA ANNEXATION #.3 TO AN R-1-6,000•ZONE OR DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Planning Commission filed with the City Council on the fifth day of September, 1968 its report as set forth in Resolution No. Z10-68, duly adopted by the Planning Commission on the fourth day of.September, 1,968 recommend - Ing the adoption of a proposed prezoning.of the area within the pro- posed Crinella Annexation 43 to an,R71-6,000 zone or district to be- come effective upon annexation to the City of Petaluma, the Council concurring in the recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'T ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL, OF. THE CITY OF PETA.LUMA AS FOLLOWS: Section L. That the area within the proposed Crinella Annexation #3, more particularly described hereinafter, be prezoned to.an R-1-6,000 zone or district, effective upon annexation to the City of Petaluma., The said area is more particularly described as follows, to wit: n0. _ Being a portion of Lot 223, Rowe's Map o;f''Petaluma Rancho, as filed in Book 21 of Maps at'Page 1, Sonoma County Re- cords, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at -a point in the existing city limit -line, said point being the -most _easterly corner of Park Lane Estates Subdivision No. 4, as' the same is s'h'own on that map recorded in.Book 86 of Maps.at Pages 5 and 6, Sonoma County Records; and said point also being the most north- erly corner of..Rancho 220, Subdivision.No. 1, as the same is shown on that map recorded in Book 103 of Maps at Page 31, Sonoma,County Records, said point also being the most southerly corner of that Record of Survey of...a part of Avondale Subdivision No. 1, as said record of survey is shown on -that map as recorded in Book 100 of Maps at Page 58, Sonoma County Records, said point of -beginning is also the most:westerly corner of the lands of Louise J.
