HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 99-109 N.C.S. 05/17/1999 of e City of Petala, California 2. 3 4 5 6 ~ RESOLUTION APPROVING AJOINT-USE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF 8 PETALUMA AND THE PETALUMA SWIM CLUB 9 FOR USE OF THE PETALUMA SWIM CENTER 10 11 12 13 14 15 WHEREAS, the Petaluma Swim Club, anon-profit corporation is devoted to the 16 promotion and development of swimming skills and to the development of the young of the 1 ~ community; and, 18 19 20 WHEREAS, the use of the Petaluma Swim Center during times when the general public 21 has a minimal need for the use of the facilities will permit more efficient use of them, foster the 22 development of the young of the community, promote the development of swimming skills and 23 benefit the citizens of the community. 24 25 26 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of 27 Petaluma authorizes the Mayor or City Manager to execute aJoint-Use Agreement with the 28 Petaluma Swim Club for the 1999 season. 29 30 31 32 33 34 JC/ss/#73:rswmciub Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
