Vol. 48, Page 235 Robert Ulmer, Petaluma, expressed concerned about the noise of the SMART trains and would like the Council to be proactive with implementing Quiet Zones. City Manager Brown Mr. Ulmer City Manager Brown Katherine Bobrowski, Petaluma, spoke of problems at the mobile home park where she lives.
