He then left the dais. Vol. XX, Page 6 November 21, 2016 1 Vice Mayor King announced that he would also recuse himself for Item 3.A as his office is 2 within 500' of the Downtown Petaluma Business Improvement District, he also pays the 3 assessment, and there may also be an issue with his lease.
