Mayor Glass Vol. XX, Page 3 John FitzGerald, Petaluma, speaking for P -RAP (Petaluma River Access Partners), read a letter from Susan Starbird, another P -RAP member, who was unable to attend the meeting. Paul Sid, Retired Fish Biologist and Ocean Policy Consultant, spoke on the trestle and funding sources. Kevin Kelly, Petaluma, spoke about the trestle boundary.
