for the Operations of the City of Petaluma from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017 and
Declaring the Urgency Thereof, to Take Effect Immediately; and, Resolution 2017-
022 N.C.S. Committing Reserve Funds for Specific Uses. (Mushallo)

Mayor Glass confirmed that direction to staff was to keep rates low for Tier 1
users, look for potential reductions in the CIP program, and to present Council
with several options when the subject returns at a regular City Council Meeting.
